Establishing a Xi Chi Sigma Chapter at Your School 

We have high standards of excellence that the fraternity is built on. Xi Chi Sigma transcends the normal definitions of a social fraternity, often being innovative and displaying a uniqueness of character. Unlike the negative stereotypes of fraternity men; boisterous frat boys who are alcoholics and party animals, the men of Xi Chi Sigma are dedicated to scholarship, hands-on community service, awareness of their respective culture, and are leaders of other school organizations while dedicated to the perpetuation of lifelong brotherhood.  We are one of the hardest working fraternities you will ever see.  Every semester we will try to push ourselves to the limit, do more than before, and stretch our resources to the limit.  Doing the impossible has become a way of life for Xi Chi Sigma.

Our strength is our Brotherhood.  This is fostered by the close ties and bonds that can be formed by being a local fraternity.  However, we are always looking for ways to expand and enhance our Brotherhood.  Although we are currently a local fraternity, we are still entertaining the idea of expanding to other schools.  If you and a group are interested in starting a chapter of Xi Chi Sigma at your school, please contact us so that we can establish a dialogue and see if we are a good fit for you.  Establishing a chapter of Xi Chi Sigma is not just bringing another “frat” to your respective campus, but being a part of a true brotherhood of men who want to make a difference. We are not a fragmented group of men united by Greek letters, but a brotherhood built on common experience. We are dedicated to the ideals of Xi Chi Sigma and share a common bond. We are, and always will be one fraternity, and to establish a chapter at your school is to join the already existing traditions and the brotherhood that is Xi Chi Sigma.
