A BIG thank you for all who came out to support Xi Chi Sigma's The STKs & Stones JAM!!!

The event was a huge success and our stage was PACKED with ambitious talents.

The result was a 6 hour show of non stop entertainment: Over 10 MC's, 8 singers, 5 DJ's, 65+ Dancers, Joeson Apex, 2 clothing companies, University of the Pacific's Office of Admissions, Pacific's Career Resource Center, Mortar Board National College Senior Honors Society, Rhythm Inc., Kilusan Pilipino, and XI CHI SIGMA!!

The Pillars of Hip Hop Culture came HARD to the University of the Pacific on February 4th. DJ's were spinning, MC's were rhyming, the dancers were rocking, b-boys were breaking! For a considerable percentage of the show, this was all going on AT THE SAME TIME.

We are very grateful that you helped us initiate positive relationships between the University of the Pacific Campus and the surrounding LOCAL community. The STKs & Stones JAM was able to give money to fundraising LOCAL organizations and to the Plea for Peace Center in Stockton! (A center that empowers local talent acts and keeps youth in an environment in which they can express themselves constructively through creativity).   

What was left was used to build up the future of Xi Chi Sigma, such that there is a little money to propel the remaining Xi Chi Sigma body, once 3 other Brothers and I graduate in May and they assume control without us.

That's what we are striving for: to leave the future generation a small something to build upon when life takes us down separate paths.

With this said... Xi Chi Sigma wishes you all the best of luck as life calls you to walk down your own. I pray that, in the near future, our paths will cross again and we can celebrate LOVE through good music. Hope to see you all next year at The STKs & Stones JAM 2!!?! =] Again... a WARM Xi Chi Sigma SHOUT to all that choose to ROCK with us!! We hope that you continue to support us as we support LOCAL interactions.
